Let me preface this review by saying, with ANY pain, it is important to have a proper evaluation with a licensed physician. That said, we all face pains throughout our lives, that we are fairly certain we know the sources of – headaches, cuts, bruises, neck pain, muscle tension, etc – yet most people continue to reach for medications – prescription and over the counter – to treat these. In this book we are given an overview of natural approaches to pain management. These run from self-care approaches to alternative treatment systems, such as TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), and massage. If you are tired of reaching for medications and want to look for another way then this book is the fastest way to get an overview of different approaches to pain management. Perfect for the beginner who needs a starting place in exploring natural pain management.Product details

Pain Management 100 Natural Ways To Fight Pain How To Fight Pain Without Painkillers edition by True Health Publishing Professional Technical eBooks Reviews
Don't expect any specifics or 'how to'. I found a few helpful suggestions, but the content could have been gathered by a fifth grade student.
This was such a waist of time to read. Over basic and not a good source of info. Not recommended.
Some what informative. Does not go into a lot of details as to how to use some of the remedies
No new information, poorly organized.
I found this book very educational and useful. I was searching for something just like this list that could give me all the facts and information I needed about painkiller-free pain treatments and I like that there are so many different tips brought up. Great job!
This book provides simple yet effective techniques to fight all kinds of common pain such as arthritis, headaches, migraines, urinary tract infection among other things. Techniques include acupuncture, regular massage to name a few.
I find this book very helpful and useful.
While the format and content are not horrible, the poor grammar, missing information, and "huh?" passages detract greatly. The good points easy to read numbered list, organized by type of pain. However, several of the suggestions were either hard to decipher or worthless due to poor writing and editing. A few instances of the wrong word ("arch of pie") were mildly amusing. However some entries basically said "do this because it can really help" without saying what "this" is or adequately describing how to do it. Instead of the pointless images, an illustration of some of the actual stretches or yoga moves would help greatly. (A few of them did have decent descriptions.) Not a bad book but don't expect anything very detailed.
